WHAT ARE MY STEPS TO GET STARTED?

  • Sign and return our Master Services Agreement to formalize the service agreement.
  • We will require a list of passwords for each of your computer systems and online cloud services.
  • We will send you a Request for Information to gather a list of your employees and any information about your IT Systems
  • Finally, we will complete an asset audit to ensure that we have an accurate list of everything covered under the agreement.
  • Upon completion, we will be ready to take over support.

WHAT ARE MY STEPS TO GET STARTED?

Our goal is to make the transition as seamless and pain free as possible.
  • Sign and return the Master Services Agreement to us.
  • We will send you a Request for Information to collect a list of users, passwords and other information.
  • We will schedule an onsite asset audit where we will tag each computer, deploy support agents and review system configurations.
  • Once everything is in place, we will resolve any outstanding issues and provide each employee with information to access our Service Desk.
  • Upon completion, we will be ready to take over support.

How involved will we need to be in the onboarding process?

You can expect to spend a few hours up front gathering information. If your IT systems are complex, we may require additional input to document any custom applications.

  • We will need administrator access to each IT system, network device and cloud software package that you want us to support.

what can I do to protect myself if my existing IT provider is not co-operative with the transition?

Can we expect our bills to be the same each month?

  • The aim of our operational support agreement is to predetermine the amount of operational support required to support your business with the exception of project.
  • Our remote helpdesk support offers unlimited remote support for a fixed price per employee. Costs will increase and decrease based on the number of employees requiring support.
  • For proactive management of servers, network and workstations we charge based on the number of devices under support. Charges will increase or decrease based on the number of devices supported each month.

  • Lexcom makes every effort to ensure the integrity of your IT systems. We have a number of controls including advanced email protection, multi-factor authentication, vulnerability scanning, patch management, password encryption and more.
